Menu for the Week


Here is what my menu for this week is looking like:


 


Monday:


Spaghetti, broccoli, French bread (the link is actually to my pizza crust recipe.. it makes delicious french bread!)


 


Tuesday:


Split pea soup w/ham bone, rosemary bread sticks, carrot sticks and ranch dressing


 


Wednesday:


Ashli’s 5-way Cincinnati Chili over roasted potatoes, salad


 


Thursday:


Baked chicken legs, peas & corn, Laurie’s Macaroni and Cheese


 


Friday:


Beef stew, spinach dip and veggies, garlic cheese dinner rolls


 


Saturday:


Nacho’s for a Crowd, tortilla chips, salad


 


Sunday:


Chicken lasagna, salad

  2. Your menu looks great. I was looking at your split pea soup and thought about something I recently found that you might like to use instead of a ham bone. I found smoked turkey wings and drumsticks at our local Wal-mart(they were in the case by the ham). I have used them a couple of times for bean soups and they make them taste sooo good.
