Super Easy Crockpot Hamburger Veggie Soup
Fall time weather seems to come and go around my parts. Earlier this week we nearly 90 degrees and by the end of the week it was down to 70 and cloudy.. time for some comforting hot soup and homemade dinner rolls! My family really enjoyed this meal. If you like things a bit more spicy make sure to have the Tabasco sauce sitting on the side.
Super Easy Crockpot Hamburger Veggie Soup
1lb hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 can green beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
2 cups sliced carrots
1 can diced tomatoes
3 cups water
1 T chicken or beef broth powder
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 can organic cream of mushroom soup (a brand such as Amy’s, found in health food stores)
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown hamburger and onions until meat is no longer pink and onions are soft. Add to crockpot. Add remaining ingredients, stir. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. Serve with some hot homemade dinner rolls for a great fall time meal.
I am going to try this out...maybe even tonight!

I love making soup and this recipe sounds great! I will have to save the link for your post and make it. It's already getting colder here.... I live in Indiana... the winters are harsh here, and so every day in the winter, I love making a nice pot of hot soup. This will be a great addition to the number of soups we eat!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day!

This sounds so good and it is going on the list for next week. You can also make your own homemade cream of mushroom.
