Menu Monday!

Happy April! Hope you all had a blessed Easter.

Today is a day of errands so I'm going to pick up a pizza for dinner tonight. I also make a nice green salad to go with it.

The rest of the week is looking like this..

BBQ Pork
I'm going to serve bbq pork with tater tots and a salad. It will be an easy meal as I have the bbq pork in the freezer already made.

Simple to make. I'll serve it with french bread and roasted brussel sprouts.

This is an Instant Pot recipes that I've wanted to try for a while. You can find the recipe HERE. I'll serve a salad and chips & salsa on the side. 

That should do it for the week!
