This week’s menu is looking a little different. My daughter Hannah is, as of today, 6 days overdue. So we know we are going to have a baby very soon! I picked simple quick meals because I don’t know when I’ll be dropping everything to head to the hospital with her. After baby comes the grandgirls will be coming back to stay with me while she recuperates. So for the most part I picked easy simple foods this week that require a minimum amount of prep.
Fish sticks, mac & cheese, salad
Hot dogs, chips, coleslaw
Sub sandwiches, watermelon, veggie plate
Chili, tortilla chips, salad
Pizza casserole, coleslaw
