Sierra’s night to cook – Brown sugar chicken, brown rice pilaf, salad

Tuesday
Crockpot chicken parmesan (a new recipe, I’ll share it if it turns out good) over spaghetti noodles, french bread, salad

Wednesday
Tacos w/all the trimmings, tortilla chips & salsa

Thursday
Tuna noodle casserole, salad

Friday
Leftovers

Saturday
Fish sticks, mac & cheese, salad

  1. Crystal , I have noticed that you consistently keep your menus simple and low cost. Would you give a ballpark figure you spend to feed your family. Thank you, Stefanie

    1. Hi Stefanie! Our family size has gone up and down so much in the last year so I figured the average (feeding anywhere from 4 to 6 people, mostly all adults) to be about $650 or so.. this does include non food items like plastic wrap, foil, etc.. Crystal :)
