Leftover spaghetti (made a huge batch yesterday to eat on for a couple of days), french bread, salad (this is normally Sierra’s night to cook..  she is cooking on Tuesday instead)

Tuesday
Garlic brown sugar chicken, macaroni salad, salad (Sierra’s night to cook and recipe choices)

Wednesday
Crockpot Chili, tortilla chips & salsa, salad

Thursday
Chicken & shrimp sautéed with onions, mushrooms, peppers and cabbage (this meal will be like the hamburger cabbage meal I made a couple of weeks ago only using chicken & shrimp instead of hamburger: http://homesteadinghomemaker.blogspot.com/2012/08/cooking-with-cabbage.html  ), salad

Friday
Leftovers

Saturday
Baked pork chops, potato salad, salad

Sunday
Lasagna, french bread, salad

    1. Yes! I will.. it sounds good.. we have to make some big family adjustments to the recipe.. LOL.. it calls for 12oz chicken and we usually need 3lbs for a meal.. :D .. So I will post a link to the original recipe and share what changes were made..

  2. Do you switch up your salads or are they pretty much the same? I'm not sure I could get my kids to eat salads everyday..... Thanks!

    1. Hi Anon.. I have been serving salads daily for a very long time. On occasion I will cook a veggie.. but I'm a big fan of fresh veggies. My kids have grown use to this. I do change up the salad dressings.. either homemade or Costco has some yummy organic salad dressings that I purchase occasionally. Sometimes we have add-on's like grated cheese, olives, croutons, etc.. but basically salad eating has not been an option for them.. just a part of the daily diet.
