Beef & bean soup (made from my canned beef and veggies), dinner rolls, salad

Tuesday
Dijon & garlic baked pork chops, onions, mushrooms & cabbage sautéed in butter (I’ll be using my cabbage I canned last summer for this), mashed potatoes, salad

Wednesday
Homemade pizza, salad

Thursday
Leftovers

Friday
Meatballs, mac & cheese, salad

Saturday
Leftovers

Sunday
Beef & rice chile relleno casserole, refried beans, salad
