Mustard Garlic Pork Chops

This recipe is sooo easy and tastes so yummy!! I served it with mashed potatoes and a salad. It all got eaten up, no problems!

I used about 5 ½ lbs of pork chops to feed everyone at the meal. If you are using smaller amounts of pork chops you can reduce the mustard sauce accordingly.

Mustard Garlic Pork Chops
½ cup Grey Poupon mustard
6 to 9 garlic cloves, chopped or pressed through a garlic press
2T lemon juice
2T honey
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients.

Cover a baking pan with oil, I use coconut oil, but olive oil will work too. Lay pork chops on pan. Spread mustard mix over the pork chops.

Bake at 375 until the chops are done. This can be anywhere from 25 to 45 minutes depending on how thick your chops are.

Super yummy and oh so easy!!
