We had a great Thanksgiving and had
lots of leftovers. We’ve been eating them all up over the weekend and now it is
time to change gears and come up with some non- turkey related meals! :)

Black bean soup, crackers, salad
I'm happy to say (other than some turkey I put in the freezer for soup) that I used up the last bit of turkey this morning. I had a bag of bits that I couldn't bring myself to toss so I made a pan of turkey hash to go with breakfast. (Just potatoes, onion, bell pepper, celery, turkey and seasonings...hubby loved it!)
