  1. I don't host our Thanksgiving dinner for the family so I never have leftovers! But I do host Christmas and there is always plenty! Looking forward to trying some of your recipes for December! THanks for sharing. My family always enjoys the change of pace.

  2. Do you have the recipe for Italian Chicken? Or does anyone have one they want to share? I am headed to the grocery store today...

  3. Looks good! I struggle w/menu planning. Do you know how much all of this food would cost for a month? Wondering if your menu would fit into my budget.

  4. Anne, The simplest Italian Chicken is just to pour Italian dressing over chicken pieces (breast, thigh, legs, skinless or not) and let it marinate all day long (a ziplock bag works good for this) and then bake it at 350 until it is done.

  5. Cozy Seaside Homemaker, The cost of the menu would depend on how many people you are feeding. I spend about $600 to $700 a month on food. But I am now currently feeding 4 adults (sometimes 5 when my son is home), and two teenagers. If I was feeding a smaller family it would be much less! :)

  6. I love how you do leftovers every 4th day. I send the leftovers for my husbands lunch so that wouldn't work out as well for me but I think it is a great idea!

  7. Do you have an extra seat at your table?;) Thanks for all these wonderful meal ideas. Sometimes just thinking what to make is the hard part. Blessings to you.
