We are empty nesters a...Thanks for the menu ideas. We are empty nesters and I hate cooking for two. Therefore, I never know what to fix. My husband isn't much help in this area. I do, however, love to cook for lots of people. I raised 4 kids so lots of cooking and baking went on in those days.
