My dad a...OH, I'm definitely going to try this. My dad and I actually made a different version of this the other day. We didn't want to go to the grocery store, so we just used what we had on hand. I've been really fortunate to buy large packages of hamburger meat...usually about three pounds...and they've always had a manager's coupon with them. So they work out to be less then $2 a pound. We divide them up into small portions, put them in plastic bags and put them in the freezer. It's been wonderful to have extra stored up. Any ways, we browned ground beef, then cubed the potatoes and cooked it all together with some butter. However, I'm going to give this a try. :) :) :) What a nice tasty meal and economical :) :) Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)Heather's Blog-o-ramahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05490555197097928275noreply@blogger.com
