I am doing more canning since I have retired and look ever somuch to your blog and your web site. I have started to clean out things that I just don't use and hopefully get them to my church for a basement sale on the 14, 15th. I look forward to making pear honey for theis fall although I have and allery to Pears I still make this for my husband and family, It was their grandma's recipe, handed down. Thank you for reminded me that Life does go on and it is important to be faithful and to keep a stocked pantry. I look forward to your comments and I wish You could post more often.
